Terms of use

These terms describe use of the website and Veranna Benefits provided by Veranna, LLC (“Veranna”). Separate agreements with participating organizations govern the services we provide to those organizations. These terms do not change benefit-plan documents, coverage terms, or separate service agreements.

Authorized use

Use the service only for purposes you are authorized to perform. Administrator access requires individual approval. Do not share sign-in credentials or enrollment verification codes, access another person’s records without authorization, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. An employee account permits access to that employee’s enrollment workflow.

Enrollment information

Review information before submitting it and contact your benefits administrator about corrections, eligibility, deadlines or coverage. The software helps administer enrollment; it does not determine insurance coverage or replace the governing plan documents, carrier requirements or professional advice. A submitted form alone does not guarantee carrier acceptance or coverage.

Operation and access

We may maintain or update the service and restrict access that is unauthorized or threatens security. Service availability and any commitments to an organization are governed by its separate agreement with Veranna.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice describes the information handled through these services. We will post updates to these terms with an effective date and provide notice or obtain agreement where required.
